If you up plan to sow them in the spring, they will need to spend 4-6 weeks in your refrigerator at temps of 39.6 - 39.2F (2 - 4C). Sow your seeds in the areas that you want them and then barely cover with a light dusting of soil. Mullein needs light to germinate, so don't cover too deeply.
