Cheddar Cheese Powder 2 lbs. Cheddar Cheese Powder will add the delicious taste of cheddar to your snacks. This powder is perfect for sprinkling on popcorn, pretzels or any snack you desire. Cheddar Cheese Powder is also useful for baked potatoes, pastas and salads.Cheddar Cheese Powder- This powder has so many uses, we probably haven't figured them all out yet! Here are just some of the uses; add into mashed or baked potatoes, mix with milk for a great casserole or pasta sauce, add to bread mixes or sprinkle over popcorn. The recipe we use to make a cheese sauce is: 1/2 cup cheddar cheese powder, 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup milk (similar to the mac n cheese sauce). Each 8 ounce is approximately 2 cups of powder.
