New, old stock item. Box was sealed until I opened it to figure out what it was. Based on details I have been able to find this is a rainwater sensor that ties into a sprinkler system to keep it from turning on while it is raining. Warranty card is pictured(but obviously it is far outside of the warranty period) Hopefully it is priced right. I couldn't find any price info online Imake it a point to try and have the lowest prices online for my items. Most Items will ship out same day(if ordered before 1p.m. MST) Express shipping can be made available on all items, provided the buyer is willing to pay shipping costs I have very low overhead and my business is essentially a one-man operation.
