SKU: sclboz2l

Ready for Spring! Grape Hyacinths are gorgeous, low to no maintenance, self propagating bulb perennials. INSTRUCTIONS (this applies to both container and garden planting) - Plant each bulb (stem side up) in a hole, 3-5” deep, 2-3” from each other. - Give them a good soak. Wait 30 minutes, then water them again. WATER Grape Hyacinths only need a moderate amount of water. After the initial 'soaking', water them as you would the rest of the garden. Avoid overwatering. FERTILIZER Grape Hyacinths do not need any fertilizer, but it won’t hurt. LIGHT Full sun is ideal, but they are not picky (for example: they thrive in my back yard, which is completely shaded). FYI Grape Hyacinths spread very quickly. They are not weeds, they will not choke or compete with other plants, (in fact, they can form a nice ground cover layer under other perennials) but wherever you plant them be prepared for a growing patch of hyacinths every year. ALSO.... If you like flowers, check my art prints. I painted them myself: FLORAL ART PRINTS
