Cutting Boards are made of High Density Polyethylene Plastic. The Plastic Cutting Boards are Commercial Dishwasher Safe, including the spike temp that exceeds 185°. HDPE cutting boards have special surface finish insures long product life and will not dull knives. Plastic cutting boards is an exceptionally white natural polyethylene color, creating a bright, clean and sanitary look that commercial food processing operations require. Bacteria, odors and cleaning fluids wash completely off. Traditional Wooden cutting boards are no match for boards fabricated with Our HDPE NSF approved cutting board stock from polymer industries. Wood and other materials absorb bacteria, splinter, chip, swell, peel, rot, warp, bend and crack.
