After emptying the bladder of juice, wash the bag out to re-use it and keep it with the box. Fill with 5 litres of your wine when finished and screw on this tap. Then use the box to hold the bag and dispense the wine as they have a cut-out slot. It's very clever because there is a hole to fit the tap in the box containing the wine kit.
