Drain and rinse the meat in cold water, then transfer the meat to a pot with 4 quarts water, and boil. Add the ginseng, ginger, rice wine, red dates, astragalus and Chinese yam. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 3 hours. Rinse and drain the goji berries and add to the soup for the last 10 minutes. Enjoy! Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
