This is for a box of BBQ Sassafras Competition Cut size chunks 2 1/2 inches by 2 to 3 inches wide. This Sassafras is from the rich soil of Mississippi Delta in my back yard. This wood has the Ideal moisture level for optimum smoke. This 11 x 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Medium Priority Mail Box has about 20 to 25 pieces in the box and is about 9 to 10 lbs. NOTE: All this wood is custom cut and split and the ends have been cut off 1/8 inch so there is no chain saw oil. At 2017 Memphis in May World Championship BBQ Contest 8 teams used this wood and came up with a 3rd - 4th - 5th and 13th in whole hog and 11th in shoulder and a 11th in ribs.
