This complete kit contains:1 25-CT bottle of AquaChek Yellow, which tests for Free Chlorine, pH, Total Alkalinity and Cyanuric Acid.1 10-CT bottle of AquaChek White Salt Titrators, which test for sodium chloride. A chlorine generator uses sodium chloride (salt) to make chlorine. An ideal level of salt will probably be between 2500 to 3000 ppm (low range) or 3000 to 5000 ppm (high range) for most chlorine generators. Ideal levels vary by manufacturer - consult your owner's manual for your manufacturer's recommendations concerning ideal salt levels. You should test your salt generator monthly.
