Impervious to floods and drought. Tolerates just about any soil type. Very easy to grow from seed. These are fast growing and will get about 16" tall. Fern-like leaves. Each plant produces dozens of flowers. The red flowers are 2" across and start blooming in mid-summer and continue through fall. Good nectar source for butterflies and bees.
