3 Organic FL-Grown MORINGA OLEIFERA SEED PODS Whole Drumstick Tree PKM-1 Variety
We have whole moringa oleifera seed pods, grown completely naturally without any chemicals whatsoever. We use only the manure from our animals to fertilize. These are from our own tree, grown from our own stock of seeds. Our tree was started in a 1 -gallon pot the first year, and then it flowered and bore pods after 2 years in the ground . It is over 15 feet in height from that original seed, and will continue to produce kilos of fresh herb every year. This is a non-bitter variety. Moringa is known as Drumstick Tree for its long skinny pods, which are about 15-18" long. You can use them for crafts and ornamental purposes, growing and nutrition. They've been harvested just before they split, so they contain mature seeds that can be grown. The entire plant, including the seeds and pods are edible. The entire plant can also be used as livestock feed too. Our rabbits will even chew the woody stems as well as the pod material. And of course, this is one of the most nutritious foods on earth with a whole host of herbal uses. The fresh leaves are delicious and mild, so you can eat them fresh with the full benefit the plant has to offer. Three large pods per order.
