These bamboo poles are about 2 1/4- 2.5” inches thick at the base and taper ever so slightly. Some poles may be slightly longer &/or thinner/thicker than mentioned. The ends will be rough cut. Poles grow naturally so they may not be completely straight. These fire cured poles are hand made and each one has a unique heat pattern with a smooth golden color and a glossy look. They grow naturally and without fertilizer on our 20 acre farm in the backwoods of South Mississippi. We’d love for you to send us pictures of the projects you’ve completed with our poles! *Our 8 foot poles have to be trimmed about 2 inches shorter due to the shipping size limits.
