Engineered as a true drop-in replacement for 12/14vdc G6 "globe shape" single-contact bayonet base (Ba15S) filament miniature light bulbs. Draws only 130mA @14VDC for 85% current drop while also providing more total lumens. Voltage dependent dimming (led dims as forward voltage decreases). Dimensions are identical to filament version for a guaranteed no-questions replacement. Light source is exactly the same height to ensure no adverse affect to light projection in all fixtures, while providing more total light output.
