These bits were used until the bearing went bad and/or the carbide got dull. These were never reshaped. Some are missing bearings. The ones that still have the bearings will need them replaced because they are bad. Some might need sharpened while others are still usable after the bearings are replaced. Mostly whiteside brand alone with a few other. You are receiving the ones you see in the picture
