Amaryllis - Hippeastrum- Bulbs grown from seed Beautiful white with red stripes outside type Amaryllis. These have been grown from seed planted in 2021. These typically bloom in 3 years. The close-up shows you how beautiful they are.. The bed photo is a new bed I planted 2 years ago. These will grow outside in the ground in zones that do not have a hard freeze. Other zones you should either mulch very heavily or dig up for winter. Right now I am sending out bulbs planted in 2021.You are bidding on a clump of Amaryllis bulbs that will be sent bare-root. My listing says 5 bulbs but I usually put the tiny ones in there as a bonus. If you will plant them, you will be rewarded with extra blooms in a couple of years. I grow these is large tubs and they get so thick that I have to remove them by the clumps. These clumps have both large and small bulbs in them. I try to count out at least 5 of the largest bulbs and you get the smaller ones just because they are there. I will ship them fresh from the growing medium and packed in plastic bags to keep them fresh for you to plant. You can expect them to have the long green tops still growing. I recommend that you divide the clumps and plant the bulbs individually as they get very large when they have room to grow. Leave the top 1/3 of the bulbs above the ground level when planting.We take great care to package your items so they will reach you in good condition. We will not be responsible if your package arrives damaged or frozen. You should immediately file a claim with the US Postal Service. Take pictures and save all wrappings. Should something should go wrong with this purchase, before placing negative feedback, please contact me and we will see what we can work out to benefit both parties. If all else fails, I do take "Returns" within 14 days after the auction ends at which time I will make a full refund for the amount of your purchase. I do not refund postage as that does not come to me.
