Growing below 7000 feet in elevation where it grows in woodlands, deserts, and on mountains' slopes. This perennial can grow 3 feet tall and 4 feet wide once fully grown. It can be grown in most soils and will require full sun. Asclepias fascicularis' blooms can be white to pink, and some pale green in color. They are visited by bees, butterflies, and birds. A magnet for the Monarch Butterfly as most milkweeds are. Zones 6-10. Germination Sow seeds 1/4" deep and lightly cover with a medium. Keep moist in a bright spot. Do not cover with plastic but maintain a temperature around 65-75F. Germination 7-30 days.
