You obviously have good taste as you are looking at a fabulous Cutco 1725 Chef knife that was previously gently used, but has been sent to the Cutco Factory where it was sharpened and polished and cuts like new. This is the version from the 70's to early 80's and has a straight edge. The handle color is what is considered by Cutco to be "classic," which has varying degrees of brown and orange. This knife (singular) is sold "each" meaning one knife. Cardboard sleeve included (cardboard may not be OEM branded depending on availability). Please message me if you're trying to match a set as some handles appear darker than others. Also, as this item was originally manufactured sometime over 40 years ago, and previously used, so please expect some signs of use like scratches in the side of the blade. If you make an offer, it is assumed that you're looking for a good price and okay with a few more signs of use prior to sharpening than the knives that sell at full-price.
