John Deere LX255 15 hp engine CV15S GT225
For sale is a Kohler CV15S 15hp engine off of a John Deere LX255 tractor with a 42” freedom deck that I am parting out. I mowed with the tractor this engine is off of before removing it. Engine starts and runs good. Also fits GT225. This engine only directly replaces the LX255 and the GT225 due to the separate throttle and choke cables. The wiring connection is also different than most. There is a video of the engine running with the listing pictures. Crankshaft is 3 1/8” x 1”. I drained the oil and ran the gas out of the carb for shipping. Will ship UPS.
