Soft maple candy in decorative silver tin. Choose from 1 or 1/2 lbs. containers. All our candies are hand made using our very own pure VT maple syrup. We select the best early syrup we have and save it in stainless steele barrels and use it to produce our delicious candies and cream. Early syrup refers to the time period during the "sugaring" season which produces syrup with the best invert sugars. This is important because as the season progresses the invert sugars change making it more difficult to obtain a smooth texture. Give us a try you'll be glad you did!
