Molokhia (Corchorus olitorius, ملوخية, Egyptian Spinach, Jute Mallow, Jew's Mallow, Nalta, Rau đay, or Saluyot) is a tropical, leafy green, superfood dating back to ancient Egypt, when Pharaohs drank Molokhia soup to heal from illness.
