One Step No Rinse Cleaner for Beer & Wine - 1 lb.
This cleaning solution is perfect for decontaminating kettles, mash tuns, and brewing utensils to ensure the proper brewing environment before each batch. One Step is also great for sanitizing bottles and kegs before filling with beer or wine. Contains no chlorine, which can leave a film on glassware and corrode stainless steel. One Step is an excellent oxygen based cleanser. Requires two minutes of contact time, no rinsing required! Environmentally friendly and non-toxic. Use 1 tablespoon per gallon of water. Directions Dissolve 3oz per 5 gallons of warm water (1 Tbsp per gallon). Wash surfaces with solution and rinse with water. For tough soils and removing labels, use 6oz per 5 gallons of water (2 Tbsp per gallon). Keep container closed when not in use, store in a cool dry area. Do not open container in a wet area, do not reuse container for food or drink. Rinse container thoroughly for recycling.
