This is for a box of Seasoned Peach Competition size chunks 2 to 3 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches long. This peach is from the rich soil of Mississippi Delta. ~~This 11x8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Medium Priority / has about 30 to 35 pieces in the box and is about 8 to 9 lbs. At 2017 Memphis in May World Championship BBQ Contest 8 teams used this wood and came up with a 3rd - 4th - 5th and 13th in whole hog and 11th in shoulder and a 11th in ribs. Excellent Showing...... Peach has a slightly sweet & fruity smoke flavor that goes great with virtually everything. This is one of the most popular woods for smoking.
