Any part that has be opened or installed will NOT be eligible for our return policy. Includes: Ignition coil Specs: Our coil have the correct IC chip that is made in Germany for proper timing Replaces Stihl OEM #: 4223 400 1300 Returns: No cash refunds on ignition coils. Only replacements will be issued for defective coils.All returned packages will incur a 15% - 50% fee. All returned packages that have been OPENED will automatically incur a 50% fee.
