One Pair (that's qty 2) Ratchet Strap Tie Down Cargo 3" x 21 Feet 5000lb, NSN 5340-01-504-2426. These are military surplus tie down straps from "kit, vehicular" their end use in not known to me. What is known is they are super heavy duty with a WLL of 5k pounds and breaking strength of 15k pounds. They have some bonus features like the sleeves to keep from rubbing on cargo. Be advised that the ratchet is about 7 feet from one hook (over the total length of 21 feet) so they are different than the ones you'll get at Home Cheapo. Way, way beefier but a little different. I used these to strap crates and such to a flatbed when I picked them up and drove 300 miles home. Nothing even moved during the trip. I currently use them to strap my Kubota tractor to my tilt up trailer and they are great! Selling them in boxes of two because that's what fits in a large flat rate box.
